Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (except where the product is faulty).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Consumable medical supplies (e.g., syringes, masks, gloves)
  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service via orders@medinovasupply.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting evidence (photos or videos).
  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
  3. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

  1. Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
  2. Approved refunds will be credited via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  3. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
